What are you opening times?

Chillax Massage treatments are available between 9:00 AM and 11:30 PM, 7 days a week but, naturally, each of our therapists has their own schedule. Availability for a specific therapist therefore depends on how busy they are at the time, and Chillax Massage cannot always guarantee an individual therapist’s availability prior to their acceptance of a booking.

What will I be massaged on?

All our massage therapists are highly experienced at performing all types of massages on your bed, your own massage couch or a floor. Most clients prefer to be massaged on their own bed. Our massage therapists do not carry a massage table with them in order to be able to travel to you faster and more efficiently.

How old do I have to be to make a booking?

You MUST be over the age of 18. You must not attempt to use this service if you are not over the age of 18. Chillax Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not over the age of 18.

How can I make a booking?

Chillax Massage provides an online booking system through our website. However we also accept bookings by phone, email, text, and WhatsApp. As a rule you will receive a confirmation text message with all the necessary information and arrival time of your therapist masseuse within 10 minutes of your booking request.

What information do I need to provide to complete my booking?

In order to make a booking we will need to know the following information:

Your name, full address with postcode, and telephone number.

When booking a massage treatment to your hotel, we will need to know your name, hotel name, room number, as well as the hotel’s address and postcode, and your contact telephone number.
How much notice is required prior to a booking?

Our massage therapists aim to be with you within 60 minutes of your booking. Please allow more time if you are based outside of central London. We encourage you to make a booking in advance as it is more likely that your chosen therapist will be available.

How long are bookings?

The duration of a booking depends on your preference. The shortest treatment we offer is 60 minutes, but the vast majority of our clients book 90- and 120-minute treatments. Longer treatments are also available on request.

How do I pay for my booking?

At this point in time we only accept cash (Pound Sterling) and PayPal payments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards and cheques at present.

You will pay directly to the therapist and you are expected to hand the correct amount of cash to your masseuse on her arrival.

Can I request a specific massage therapist?

Yes, certainly. Please contact us and we will help you to choose the therapist who best fits your requirements.

Should I tip?

It’s up to you. Our prices are advertised in full, however if you feel satisfied with the massage service, you are always welcome to tip.

Can I re-book the same massage therapist?

Yes, most definitely.

Can I leave feedback?

Yes, please. Any feedback is very much appreciated. We always love to hear our client’s comments, reviews, and – most importantly – suggestions on how we can improve our service in the future.

Do you screen masseuses working through your agency?

Yes. All massage therapists who work with Chillax Massage have been personally interviewed, and thoroughly screened and vetted. They are all 18+ years of age, have been ID- checked and are all eligible to work legally in the UK. At Chillax Massage we only hire very selectively, so you can be sure you are getting the best service.

Do I need to provide anything for the massage?

Your massage therapist will bring high-quality massage oils, relaxing music and – obviously – a pair of amazingly skilled hands. All we ask you to provide are clean towels for the massage. This is the most hygienic option for both you and your massage therapist. We also advise that you cover and protect your bed linen if using a bed for your massage.

What should I wear during a massage session?

Most massages are oil based, so it is recommended to wear underwear during a massage session. If you prefer to wear no underwear, your therapist will ensure you are covered with a towel. If you have opted for a Thai massage you can stay fully clothed, however we would recommend wearing light and loose clothing as you will be stretched, bent, and pulled in different directions.

Do I need to inform you if of any medical conditions?

Your health and wellbeing is very important to us, and remains our number one priority. So please take the time to read the questions below and if you have any of the following or need to let us know about any other medical conditions please let us know at the time of booking or inform your therapist before your session begins. If you are uncertain, please check with your doctor in advance of making a booking.

  • Do you have any, or have you suffered from any heart conditions?
  • Are you Pregnant?
  • Do you have any medical conditions?
  • Do you or have you suffered from any allergies?
  • Have you had any recent surgery in the last year?
  • Have you consumed any drugs or alcohol in the last 24 hours?
Do you provide any sexual or sensual services?

Please note this is a NON-SEXUAL professional massage service.  We provide ONLY professional therapeutic massages. You absolutely CANNOT receive any sensual massages, happy ending or any other sexual services through us. Please treat our therapists with the respect they deserve by not asking for any sexual services or touching them inappropriately.

The pressure isn’t right for me. What should I do?

In this case, you should communicate directly with your therapist. Your therapist will then adjust the pressure to suit your personal preferences.

How can I cancel my booking?

In the event that your plans change and you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance. It is very easy to cancel a booking, just text us, call us, or email us.

If you cancel your booking upon the therapist’s arrival, then a 30£ cancellation fee will apply to cover the therapist’s time and travel costs.

What type of massage is right for me?

If it is your first massage with Chillax Massage, we highly recommend the classic Swedish or Deep Tissue massage – 90 minutes.

Can I ask the massage therapist for their personal contact details?

No. This is strictly prohibited.

Are there any side effects to massage?

In general, there are no side effects to getting a massage. However, after getting a massage it’s very likely that your body will be releasing toxins that have been drained in the course of increasing blood circulation. These toxins will naturally flow back into your body where they will be eliminated and you will begin to feel the benefits of your treatment. In some cases however, where enough toxins aren’t eliminated, they can occasionally re-enter your system and cause you to feel unwell. This should not happen, but if it does, water – and if required a cleanser – will help to flush these remaining toxins out of your body.
